Necessary tools

Ham Holder

The Ham Holder ensures a firm grip and provides comfort for the slicer. The placement of the Ham Holder should be at the right height for the hands and remain perfectly flat and stable.

Knives

Necessary equipment for the slicing: 3 really sharp knives: the long, flexible ham knife is perfect for slicing thin, uniform slices. The serrated knife, similar to a bread knife, to  easily remove the rind. Finally, a short, sturdy boning knife allows for precise cuts in the more angular areas and helps separate the ham from the bone with perfection.
