One of the highlights of the stand will be the live carving station, where a master carver will showcase the skill, precision and craftsmanship behind every slice of authentic Ibérico ham.

On 18 June, during the afternoon session, renowned chef and campaign ambassador Omar Allibhoy will host a special House of Ibérico presentation.
Through a selection of delicious cold dishes prepared with Ibérico Ham, Omar will demonstrate the versatility and culinary excellence of these exceptional ingredients, while introducing visitors to the ‘House of Ibérico’ initiative, dedicated to sharing knowledge and appreciation of authentic Ibérico ham.
